How we handle this request

Legal notices are processed to meet legal obligations (GDPR Article 6(1)(c)); contractual requests under Article 6(1)(b), and other enquiries under Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in handling support and safety concerns. Special-category data is only processed where an applicable Article 9 exception permits it, for example when necessary for legal claims. Please avoid unnecessary sensitive information.
Only authorised administrators have access. Requests are stored in our application database; when you contact us by email, the relevant email provider also processes the correspondence. The prepared cleanup script removes closed requests after 90 days unless specifically retained for a legal dispute or obligation. Regular execution is not configured in this local pre-launch version; it must be enabled before launch. Open requests remain until resolved. You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction, and object where processing relies on legitimate interests. You may complain to a supervisory authority, including the Rheinland-Pfalz data protection authority. No automated decision is made on your request. The listed information is required only as indicated; without sufficient information we may be unable to locate content or answer your request.
